These 3” x 5” cards come in a pack of 50 and make a thoughtful insert for any sympathy card. Each card lets you acknowledge that a donation has been made to the IAAHPC in honor of your family's beloved pet.

You will have the opportunity to personalize the card by filling in your family's name on the backside of the card. Family's will also have the opportunity to share a memorial of their pet on the IAAHPC website. This beautiful tribute will also be included in the Honoring Ceremony Tribute video at our annual conference each year.
